Emmanuel Stewardship

All that we have belongs to God

For as in one body we have many members, and not all the members have the same function, so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually we are members one of another. We have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us; prophecy, in proportion to faith; ministry, in ministering; the teacher, in teaching; the exhorter, in exhortation; the giver, in generosity; the leader, in diligence; the compassionate, in cheerfulness. Romans 12: 4 – 6.

Paul states it beautifully. We all have something to give. With those gifts we can contribute individually and collectively to the sustenance and growth of our parish and God’s church. Your gift may be hours spent at Emmanuel in worship, teaching, sewing, reading, or being an acolyte. You may devote hours to the community making sandwiches, delivering furniture, visiting Goodwin House, or buying children’s Christmas gifts.

We ask parishioners to consider their commitments to Emmanuel.  We encourage you to contribute the gift of your time, talents and resources.  You may contribute and pledge in several different ways.

 • Annual Pledging

 • Electronic Giving

 • Donating Flowers

 • Plate Offerings

 • Planned Giving
