About the event
ALIVE!'s annual fundraising walk will take place at 2:00 pm this Sunday, October 19, at a new location this year: George Washington Middle School on Mt. Vernon Avenue. All proceeds from this 5-mile or 5k walk (now WITHOUT the killer King Street hill!) will be used to support our neighbors in need seeking food, housing, and financial assistance. Together, we can take a step towards ending food and housing insecurity in Alexandria.
Emmanuel has formed a team to participate in this event. Please join other supporters of ALIVE! to get some fresh air and exercise while raising money for a great cause.
