Centering Prayer

Every Sunday, Jen will be offering a weekly opportunity for Centering Prayer between the 8:00 am and 10:00 am worship services: 9:30 am – 9:45 am in Jen's office. Centering Prayer is a form of silent prayer, in which participants meditate on a sacred word (peace, hope, love, etc). This time of silent meditation is designed to complement and enrich prayer life, as well as provide a space for restored peace and comfort in the midst of an erratic world. Whether you are experienced in the practice of meditation, or a newbie looking for a way to bring solace to your spirit, Centering Prayer is designed for all those seeking God's peace.
