Join us on April 6 at 6:30 pm in the Memorial Room for a screening of "The Test" (30 minutes), a local independent film that won the 2024 Audience Award at the Alexandria Film Festival! The film was entirely shot at the Alexandria Goodwin House and follows a Ghanian staff member as he receives tutoring and friendship from a resident couple to take the US Citizenship test. The story and their relationship is heartwarming as they grow to feel like family. Will he pass? Come find out! Filmmaker Claudia Myers will join us after for Q&A. Snacks provided; no cost.
